La Posada Providencia is committed to equipping our guests with knowledge and tools for their new journeys in the United States. As part of that, we are dedicated to providing them with education such as English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, life-skills classes, and now food-handling certificates. Having a food-handling certificate can open doors of opportunity for our guests. In the past two months, all of our long-term guests at La Posada have completed the online food-handling course and received their food-handling certificate. Their hard work and dedication have paid off. We are proud of our guests for their work ethic, resilience, and determination.
