Alejandra Zepeda, La Posada Operations Manager presented La Posada Providencia’s lppshelter.org
Ministry to our partners of many years, Harlingen Sunburst Rotary Club. She thanked them for building for us a shelter that was initially for social gatherings. The shelter is now used for guests because of the great demand for housing; it now houses 12 guests a night for brief-term visits; Alejandra talked about our Guests, Staff Volunteers, what programs we offer, and how to donate. 

She presented to the group by giving Rotary Club members a pamphlet, showed a short video, and displayed future building plans. Alejandra talked about La Posada’s beautiful history, what we are doing now, and our future. The way she presented was so very well received. Even after the meeting, Rotary club members wanted more information.

I am hoping La Posada continues to partner with this beautiful organization. While at the meeting, we felt very welcome. While at the meeting, we learn about the history and the great work the Rotary Club has done, does, and will do.
